Research Areas

Applying data science methods to interdisciplinarily analyze big biological data from theoretical, applied, and tool perspectives, specifically including the following aspects:

1. Applying machine learning methods for integrated analysis of multi-omics, multimodal, single-cell, and other omics data.

2. Continuously releasing biological software to the international open-source community, promoting integration and translational application of large-scale omics platforms.

3. Focusing on space-filling curves as the research object, systematically conducting complete research from principle exploration to practical application, encompassing the establishment of fundamental mathematical theory, application to biological data, and development of translational platforms.

4. From a developer’s perspective, investigating core issues in software ecosystems such as dependency complexity and propagation vulnerability.
